One of my business coaches taught me how to use the pomodoro method to help me build better break and rest habits into my work schedule. Also, you reminded me that it's time for me to buy some new non-flattened chair pads. Finally, my apple watch bugs me about standing up at intervals... annoying but needed to prevent your problem. But I do get pain from sitting too, so I have several types of surfaces to sit on ranging from kitchen table to couch to bed to office chair. That also keeps down the monotonee... changing scenery throughout the day, and it helps me hurt a little less.
